The administrative workload associated with the recruiting process can be a burden for an HR team, consuming valuable time that could be spent on other more critical tasks. Our coordinators will assist your HR team with all talent acquisition related administrative support functions.

RECRUITING

Our team of seasoned recruiters excels in evaluating talent and determining which candidates are not only the most qualified for your open positions but are also a strong cultural fit with your organization.

​Responsibilities include:
   - Organize intake calls for new openings with hiring managers
   - Gain in-depth knowledge of open positions and hiring manager        requirements; inform sourcing team
   - Review job applicants; interview and evaluate potential                          candidates; present a short list of qualified candidates to the              hiring managers
   - Meet with hiring managers on a weekly basis for updates
   - Provide insight regarding candidates’ requirements to aid in               creation of offer
   - Extend offers and assist in negotiations with candidates
   - Maintain relationship with selected candidate (and back-ups)             until onboarding is completed
    

​ONBOARDING
​

The employee’s experience during onboarding shapes how they feel about their job for years to come. Studies show that new hires with supportive, structured and trouble-free onboarding experiences stay with their company for longer periods and have higher productivity. Our team of coordinators always ensures the best possible onboarding experience.

Tasks we perform are:
   - Contact and welcome candidates once job offers have been                accepted
   - Notify hiring managers of signed offer letters
   - Initiate drug screens and background checks
   - Gather new hire and benefit paperwork
   - Submit IT requests, order business cards and badges
   - Give candidates regular status updates regarding their                          onboarding process
   - Provide candidates detailed first day and orientation                              instructions; send a welcome note on their first day
