About Us. 

Founded as an employee search firm in 1998, PrimeStaff initially specialized in recruiting for a variety of salaried roles for European automotive suppliers. Over time, we expanded our industry scope and added business process outsourcing services to our existing recruiting services. Since 2010, we have been offering comprehensive recruiting process outsourcing (RPO) services to numerous small to mid-size manufacturing companies across the United States.​

Bill Kryska

mANAGING PARTNER
​One of the founders of PrimeStaff, Bill Kryska has over 20 years executive recruiting experience with multinational corporations. Prior to starting his own recruiting firm, Bill had a 12-year career with Ford Motor Company where he progressed through numerous positions in engineering, finance and treasury. His credentials include an advanced degree in engineering and an MBA in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Bill has a passion for supporting the Humane Society of Huron Valley and volunteers his time there as treasurer and board member.

H.T. Williams

mANAGING PARTNER
​H.T. Williams has been in the talent acquisition and staffing business for over 20 years. Before joining PrimeStaff as a Managing Partner he operated his own recruiting firm for over a decade.  H.T. specializes in the recruitment of mid to upper level professionals on both regional and national bases.  His prior career experience focused on sales management, including serving as national sales manager for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.  H.T. has a BS in education from Bowling Green State University.

Olivier Lurz

mANAGING PARTNER
​Olivier Lurz is one of the founders of PrimeStaff. He has more than 20 years of executive recruiting experience with multinational corporations. Before recruiting, Olivier spent six years with Ford Motor Company where he held numerous financial management positions related to product development and international operations. He is a native of Germany and is fluent in English, French and German. Olivier earned a BA in Business from Virginia Wesleyan College and an MBA in international business and marketing from George Mason University.

Jenny Trader

Senior Account MANAGER
As both an account manager and a business manager, Jenny has over a decade of experience leading a team of professionals. She supports PrimeStaff’s recruiters and coordinators, as well as partners with HR departments throughout all aspects of the talent acquisition process. Jenny has a passion for high level customer service, process creation/improvement, documentation and implementation. She has a degree in business administration and her prior work was in clinical dentistry as a registered dental assistant including dentistry practice management. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family on their boat, watching college football, working in the yard and traveling to warmer locales.

SENIOR Account MANAGER
Kate specializes in process streamlining and management of flexwork teams. With her help, PrimeStaff has become a recruitment firm that handles much more than just recruitment. Her work with the managing partners has grown the company’s offerings to include numerous HR activities and tasks on an as-needed basis. Prior to Kate’s time with PrimeStaff, she worked in bank operations for 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in French studies specializing in international business from the University of Cincinnati. In her free time, Kate enjoys life at the beach.

SENIOR Account MANAGER
Jen has been in the RPO industry for more than 10 years as an associate recruiter, lead recruiter, and most recently as an account manager. She is committed to continuous improvement and growing relationships with co-workers, clients and candidates. Jen values transparency and integrity and enjoys the diversity her current position provides; no two days are ever the same. Jen earned a BS in psychology from Bowling Green State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three children, as well as reading.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
During her time as a recruiter, Terri has successfully filled hundreds of salaried roles around the country within a multitude of industries including manufacturing, software and technology, and life sciences. Her joy in recruiting, so far, has been supporting leaders in building their teams with the most relevant, diverse and exceptional candidates in today’s competitive talent market. Terri has a BS in management from Ball State University. When not working, she enjoys cheering for her kids at their various activities, fitness and traveling with her husband.

​Kay has experience in the recruiting field as well as office administration and management. Kay has a BA from Auburn University and began her career in sales at The Ritz-Carlton Hotels. Following that, she worked for 10 years as an office manager and then as director of operations for a manufacturing firm. In her spare time, Kay enjoys knitting, baking and riding bikes with her husband and two children.

Ryley provides clients with comprehensive solutions to attract, hire and retain employees for hard to fill positions. She has a robust background in collecting, reporting and analyzing data pertaining to recruitment.​ Her client list consists of numerous industry leaders in the US and around the globe within the manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, medical device, product testing, inspection, and certification industries. Ryley has an associate degree in business administration. Her personal interests include spending time training and being outdoors exploring new places with her Doberman pinscher puppy.

Michelle leads a team specializing in recruiting salaried engineers and other technical professionals. Prior to her time with PrimeStaff, she spent eight years working in talent acquisition and management at Ford Motor Company. Michelle is creative both inside and outside of the office and enjoys making art and instructing workshops in her spare time.

Janelle has been doing part time hourly recruiting for PrimeStaff since October of 2018. She is very task/goal oriented and takes pride in her organizational skills. Janelle has a BA in Early Childhood Education and previously taught in a public school for seven years before staying home to homeschool her two children. Janelle's personal interests include camping with family and friends, reading, and watching her kids play baseball and softball.

After 23 years, Kim recently retired from an operations manager position with JCPenney. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends whether next to a firepit or playing board games.

Michelle has over five years of HR experience and extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting. Michelle believes that one of the most satisfying aspects of being a recruiter is successfully recruiting superstars and then seeing them develop. Knowing her efforts impact the bottom line keeps her going every day. Michelle is originally from the Dominican Republic and lived in New York for a number of years before relocating with her husband to South Carolina. She speaks Spanish and English fluently and has two fantastic kids that keep her busy and always smiling.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening and watching her children play competitive golf.

Kirsten also enjoys gardening and spending time with her family traveling to new places.

Lisa has over 10 years of recruitment experience including extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruitment. She is passionate about hiring successful people and making the candidate experience exceptional. Lisa graduated from Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH, earning her bachelor's in HR and her Master's of Education in Elementary Education. In her free time, she likes to travel and enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and animals.

Reducing the overflow of work for team members and following staffing protocol are her main concerns. Prior to PrimeStaff, Sally worked in international purchasing, human resources and as a bookkeeper in a high-end retail store. She has a BA in business administration from Hillsdale College. During her free time, Sally enjoys her favorite hobbies of family, reading and travel.

Before PrimeStaff, Deb spent 15 years in the financial advisory field. She graduated from Bryant University with a focus on secretarial sciences. When not working, Deb enjoys gardening and spending time on her boat.

Before joining the recruiting industry, she spent 12 years in advertising as a media planner working with GM and Chrysler clients.  Heather graduated from Oakland University with a BA in communications and a minor in advertising.  In her free time, she enjoys working on home projects with her husband and spending time with their two daughters and puppy.
